LOVELY GIFT

An exercise on Arabic typography and vynil sticker adhesion, Lovely Gift is but one example of how many programs do not adequetly support Arabic type and by extension the designers who use them.

While trying to teach myself some more about using Arabic on Adobe programs, I found myself struggling to keep the glyphs connected while written on a curve. Thanks to some sleuthing, I found out you can make a brush out of outlined text and use that instead. I applied this to some sample text and ended up with wild typographic moments.
